Mike Jentes

is the CEO and Publisher of Black Eyed Susan Media, a new and growing publishing company dedicated to empowering authors and serving the greater good. With over 20 years of experience in non-profit management and community leadership, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping others share their stories.

Mike holds both Bachelor of Arts and Master’s degrees from Grace College & Theological Seminary in Winona Lake, Indiana. However, his true education came from real-world experience, where he honed his skills in leadership, organization, and publishing.

Throughout his career, Mike has consistently demonstrated a talent for publishing, even when it wasn’t part of his official role. In his last three positions, he successfully initiated and managed book and material publishing projects, significantly expanding the reach and impact of each organization.

Inspired by these successes, Mike has now dedicated himself to the publishing industry. Black Eyed Susan Media represents the culmination of his experience and vision, focusing on empowering not just established authors, but also friends, family, and individuals with important stories to tell.

Mike’s approach to publishing is rooted in his background as a community leader and educator, emphasizing collaboration, mentorship, and a commitment to making a positive impact through the written word.
